Hi there John.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 15-210 and 15-231 come to mind. The 15-210 fits a 1-1/4" x 5/8" pocket and the 15-231 fits a 1-1/4" x 9/16" pocket. Have a look at the specifications and see which one matches best.

We don't sell the black piece though so you'd have to reuse it if possible.

We don't sell this particular pivot bar but the 26-272 is similar and may be worth considering. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

The balance is odd though. Our Series 765 has a similar clip but it is designed to mount to the top of the window track. Part of me wonders if the original installers used this balance by mistake and just installed it upside to make it work. There isn't a way for us to be 100% sure, however.

If someone did install the wrong balance the wrong way, then I wonder if something like our Series 770 might be a better fit for the window. This screws in at the top and attaches to a pivot shoe like yours with the terminal clip at the bottom, where the cord extends. If you do go this route, you must measure the metal channel and weigh the window sash to determine the proper stamp option.
