As long as the dimensions shown on the 39-376 product page match your handle and cover, I agree that this looks like the correct replacement.

With that being said, we would need to see your operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to confirm if the 39-376 would be compatible. Thank you.
