Need to order new coil balances for my pella window

Hello,

I have a Pella window that is 32 x 38 that both left and right side coil balances went bad and I need to replace them asap. I needed help identifiying the parts for the actual window and I will provide a clear picture of each component of the coil balance for the window with clear imagery of the numbers on them.

I don't know much about the hardware, but I know how to replace and install them easily as I'm a carpenter. Just wanted to see what you guys carry and would recommend me buying to get a replacement for the whole coil balance mechanism on the window.

I'm not sure of the exact series of the window, because i couldn't find the serial number anywhere on it, but I'm pretty sure its a 150 series Pella window. Hope that helps and Thank you for the work you guys do, because you make my job alot easier!

Hello there!

This looks like a single spring support like the 15-251 but please correct me if I'm wrong. Since the spring is stamped 5.5, see the S160-05 5.5-pound spring.

The piece in your fourth photo is a bit odd though and I don't quite recognize it. I wonder if it's broken. Would it be possible for us to see one in undamaged condition? Seeing it installed may also be helpful.
