I’m having trouble with ordering the parts, please let me know what I need.After measuring the channel they’re the 385 series. In looking at your online options my stamped does not correlate.

Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380, Series 385, or Series 378 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. You mentioned that you measured the channel, but all of these Series have the same sized channel, so that won't tell you what you need. Instead, I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
Regarding the stamp, I'd recommend the 2640, 3240, and 2040, respectively. If you have any doubts, there's a weight chart on each balance's store page that tells you precisely how much weight each balance supports.
Lastly, no 22" balance has a 20-4 or 2040 stamp. Make sure to double check that before you buy anything.
