Need to order parts to replace broken window balances

I can't say for sure since the top attachment is damaged but you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to locate the stamp on your balance channel to choose the corresponding spring strength option.

Thanks for getting back to me. If the shoe is 1" deep, and this is a 25" long balance, then you'll need our S380-25. That stamp code of 24-9 is from an older rating system we do not use. To know what stamp option to select, obtain the exact weight of your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the S380-25 shop page. Thank you!
