Need to order some replacement window latches for top window of CertainTeed DH windows

I need to order 2 sets of window latches (left and right) for the upper window of a CertainTeed vinyl double hung window that I installed in the 2001-2004 timeframe. I have attached photos showing the top and bottom view of the latch, and also a picture of it installed and one picture where the latch gets installed by pressing it into 2 slots on top of the window frame. The existing latch piece comes loose now because the little plastic clips that fit into the slots have broken off.
