I have no name or part number only a 7 on the shoe the metal Spring snapped and came out looks to be more than one

Hi there!

It appears you have our 15-087 pivot shoe that's designed to use the Series 180 coil springs. Your "7" stamp also indicates that you'll need the S180-7 7 pound coil springs.

Do I also need 15-86 doesn't matter which side left the right or Either side

These items are not handed and if your original tandem coil housing is in good shape, you can re-use it.
