Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your window balance reminds me of the S700-19 Channel Balance. I'm confident this should be the correct replacement but be sure to double check the top and bottom attachments.

The 1820 stamp should be the same. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs.
