Need to purchase new lock/keys - owner lost keys when I bought house

Here are 3 pictures of the handle/lock/mortise. I cannot find a brand but I think i need 82-310. Can you confirm? Thanks!!!

Your handle set looks like our 82-086, which is compatible with the 82-310. As long as your hardware specifications match what is shown on our product pages, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
