Need to purchase several Channel window top sash guides

Question

The top sash guides have broken off in several of the windows and need to be replaced. I attached a picture of one of the good guides as well as the model number of the window found in the upper part of the window frame. Please let me know which part I will need.

I believe it is Product Code: 18-127, but need your confirmation before ordering.

I agree that the 18-127 might work, but it's best to remove the old Top Sash Guide and compare all the dimensions we list to confirm. Also consider our 18-166.
