Need to replace 2 old sash balances. Can't find number on website. Please help!

Need replacement sash balance. Numbers on existing balance are #1269 and
147-5-27. Cannot find on website. What is the cross reference number?

Thanks for posting. I think the key stamp here is "7-5-27." Can you confirm whether the digits "7 27" are printed differently; perhaps larger, or in a different font? If so, then I recommend our 24-737 Andersen sash balance.

The numbers are printed as such. 147 5 27. no dashes. I don't think there is any difference in the letters.
I also measured the balance and the measured 3 inches wide x 6 1/4 inches long. The window glass dimensions are as follows: 32 1/2" wide by 22" high. I did not take a pic because they look like all the others on your website

Please help! My client is getting impatient.

Gotcha, thanks for confirming. In that case, I think our 24-531 would be a better choice. "5 27" is likely the key stamp here. I just wanted to be sure!
