Need to replace 33" window channel balances

Question

I have vinyl windows as follow and need to replace the channel balances on 3 windows (3 sets of balances):

Milgard Manufacturing
Vinyl Classic Series
Single hung 5220/5231/5270

The channels themselves are 33" and are 1/2 wide and maybe slightly wider on the inside where the spring sits. The plastic bottom attachment measures 1 3/32" deep.

The marking on the channel balance is 32 9 GX CMC 7

Hello there. I see you were looking at our S385-33 Channel Balance, and based on the dimensions and appearance given, I agree this is what you need. The trick is choosing the stamp option, as your old stamp of 32-9 is from an old rating system we no longer use. To know what stamp to select for the new balances, obtain the exact weight of your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the balance's product description.
