Need to replace Scissor Arm and Crank

A quick learner from Los Angeles, CA says:
I am looking to replace the scissor arm + crank mechanism for this window. Window measures 19.5in square, and frame/window cutout around it is 22.5in square.

Had a repair person take a look at it, and was told the connection between the arm and crank was broken, whole things needs to be replaced. Crank closes the window about 85%, then keeps turning endlessly without closing window all the way.

Scissor arm is labeled "TPUTI-I," but no other discernible markings.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 39-239B Encore operator, as well as the list of related items on our product page, to your original hardware. Thank you!
