Need to replace Swisco door handle mechanism - handle shows 1060-1943

A quick learner from near Detroit, MI says:

I need to replace the mechanism that's in the photos I've sent. The only markings on the mechanism is "SC". The inside of the handle is 1060-1943. Any assistance would be most appreciated!
