Need to replace a hinge

Question

I need a hinge to replace a rust and broken one on a casement window but do not know where I can buy the replacement part. I removed the broken hinge as you can see from one of the photos. The other two photos are to show the hinge on the other side of the casement window.

Take a look at our 36-004-10 10" hinge. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this matches up.
