Need to replace a patio door lock

need to replace a patio door lock that looks like an 82-008 except the width is 7/8. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid we do not have any locks like the 82-008 with a 7/8" width. Can you confirm that that's your width? 7/8" is not too far from 15/16". I don't think the manufacturer would make the same handle with such a tiny difference.
