Need to replace all hardware on 2 right & 1 left opening windows, due to rust & deterioration.

Either top bar, or bottom right pin broke off & left window hanging by the operator! #on left operator reads 20810. I don't know the brand. Figure I will replace them all, so I don't have to worry about them in the future (I am 64).

Hi Tom, thanks so much for the speedy reply. It looks like the top arms on my windows are rusted out too. Do you have those available? Between sea air & volcanic gases, things just don't hold up here like they might in other places! Heidi

Sounds like the hinge. We sell a couple different replacement hinges that may be compatible with this window, but given the circumstances I would suggest the 36-004-10. This won't match the old hinge exactly but it should work for you as long as the following criteria are met: 1) Your base track is the same length at 10", and 2) You replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. You never want to mix old and new hinges.
What's good about the 36-004-10 in this case is that it's stainless steel. Hopefully it holds up a little better than the originals!
