Need to replace balance spring assemblies Please Help!

The balance spring assembly is 35 1/8" long from metal edge to metal edge. It comes from a NuAir single hung window unit. The window itself is 50 1/2" wide. We need to replace both sides, both assemblies. Imprinted on the assembly metal is 34DS HG 48L. Please take a look at the attached photos and let us know if you can help. Thank you... Dean

We need two assemblies. It is a pretty heavy window which is why I think the original assemblies broke down. So you can. Ske the full assemblies with springs and string?
