Need to replace balances

Question

I want to replace (2) channel balancers. Length is 28 inches, 2740. Images attached. I also need the clips that are in the sash which the balancers connect to.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2740 spring strength option for your replacement balances.

As for the clips that you mentioned, we should be able to help but we would need to see an undamaged version of the part that you need removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
