Window Balance 26-4 BA CMC 11

Question

Hello can you assist with the proper parts to order. I've included samples photo, however both came out of the same window has a slight different number one read 26-4 BA CMC 7 and other 26-4 BA CMC 11, is that common or may be a tale tale sign one that broke is the CMC 7? What would be your recommendation? Thank you

I'm going to say S385-27 with the 2640 option may work for you. Please confirm that your shoe is 15-004, which has a 1 3/32" depth. You can ignore the "CMC 7" and "CMC 11" stamps. They're not important. "26-4" is the only thing you need to worry about.
