Need to replace both channel balances for my non-tilt window

Question

I have a 27" channel balance (2 actually) that have hemmed edges, not straight edges. Other specs below...
-15-004 shoe
-19-005 top
-Printed (not stamped) on the metal: "26 4 BV CMC 2"
-Tension adjustment screw near the shoe/base

Do you have this exact replacement part? If so, I'd like to order two of them ASAP. Thank you.

If you have the 19-005 and 15-004, I'd recommend the S385-27 with a 2640 option. The edges of the metal channel itself don't matter in this instance.
