Need to replace both left and right casement operators

Kolbe windows gear doesn't engage to close. I am not which dimensions are needed for replacements. Please advise

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore operator pairs shown in the video below. The determining factor would be the fitting used to attach the long arm to the sash track. Thanks for posting!

Photos of fitting size and found some numbers on arms. Verify correct parts needed to replace both R H and L H including new cranks then I'll submit an order. How do I remove cranks & handle on on inside?

Unfortunately, we can't confirm the end fitting you have while it is still in the track. If you could slide it out od the end of the reack to show us an unobstructed view, that would help us confirm the correct replacements.

As for the cover, many of the old-style versions of these operators have fixed covers. We'd need to see yours to determine if that might be the case. If so, we offer the 39-375 and 39-376 handle with cover kits for these operators.
