Need to replace both parts

Looks like you need a channel balance and pivot shoe, but I can't determine what either are from these photos. I will need more detailed images before we can continue.

For the balance, please remove an undamaged version from the window and show me the top end, bottom end, stamp, and finally whatever clip, hook, or shoe is at the end of the cord.

For the pivot shoe, I just need to see an undamaged version out of the window. I also need you to tell me its width and thickness. Please be as precise as possible.

Thanks! The balance looks like a good match for our Series 770. I'm afraid I'm still not sure about the shoe. You gave its width and length, but I still need to know its thickness. Please let me know when you can get that measurement for me.

1/3" isn't a measurement I'm familiar with. Inches aren't divided into thirds. I recommend looking at our complete selection of pivot shoes here for now. You may be able to find a good match in our selection.
