Need to replace broken Caradco h/w on casement window

Handy Person from Boulder CO
Hi Experts,

I have old Caradco hardware on all my casement windows and am looking to replace one set of hardware that's broken:

- One window lock, see pics IMG_1752 (front) and IMG_1748 (back). Number on the back side of lock is 40223

- One window crank and cover, see pics IMG_1742 and IMG_1741

The last image IMG_1745 is for reference and shows the operator arm with numbers: 20755 and 30842. The long arm on the operator says EntryGuard TRUTH

From the inside looking out, for this window the hinges are on the left.

The h/w is a dark brown color, so seems like it corresponds to brass? Not sure.

Your help would me much appreciated. If this works, then I may soon need to replace more. Many thanks!

Hello,

Your operator resembles either the 39-032 or 39-156 depending on the length of the shorter link arm compared to the dimensions below.

As for your lock, it looks like an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098. If the specifications match up to yours, keep in mind that you may also need a new 38-079 keeper. Take a look at the related parts and accessories. Thanks for posting!
