Your cabinet drawer bracket reminds me of the 32-089 Drawer Track Back Plate. To confirm that this the right replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions shown below.
You'll notice this has a 3-11/16" length which is fairly close to what you've confirmed.
