Need to replace broken patio door handle

Hello and thank you for your help! I have a broken patio sliding glass door handle to replace. Maybe need to replace handle and locking mechanism? The door is about 30 years old in good condition except for the worn/broken handle. We could not find any model names or numbers on the door. The door was originally purchased at Rochester Colonial Windows and Doors.  Do the pictures provide enough information for you to suggest a replacement? This is a rental property of mine and the pictures were taken by a handyman from the property management company.  I can request more information if you need. I've purchased all of the window repair and replacement balances from Swisco for this property. After almost 15 years all is working great.
