Need to replace broken patio door handle/lock

Question

Hello, I'm selling my home and need to fix my patio door lock/handle. There are no serial numbers or manufacturer labels to identify the parts.

I took some photos in hope you have something I can use. Thank you.

Is the hole spacing for your handle 3-15/16"? If so, I would recommend our 82-020 handle set. For the mortise lock, see our 82-226.
