Need to replace broken ring pulls on furniture

Lexington Twighlight dresser ring pulls broken and discontinued line. Backplates are ok but need new ring replacement either oval or round, 2 inches.
the backplate has 2 holes that are vertical so having trouble if I replace entire backplate and ring. current backplate is 3.75 inches long and 2.25 high. Screw holes are 2 inches apart.
color is an antiqued pewter but a brushed antique nickel would work as well.
