If I pull the window to get a photo of the lower piece, it will take me forever to get it back in. I hope the upper piece will tell the story.
I do not know the maker of these windows.
The numbers on the upper piece are (as best as I can determine):
on right- 5.365.638
on left- 5.232.208 (not sure of this number)

I have got the pieces out and have additional photos.
They are 1/2" parts. Coil is 35" long, 6.5#

Hello, thank you for posting,
Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-191 pivot shoe along with the Series 160 coil springs that are a 1/2" thick. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!
For a 6.5 marked coil, see the S160-06 coil spring along with the 15-150S support cover if needed. Together with the other side, these coils will equal to 13 pounds of support which should be the overall weight of the window sash.
