Need to replace the balances on my 1990 Viking windows

A home owner from Discovery Bay, CA says:
I need to replace the non-tilt window channel balances in my 1990 Viking windows as most are a huge struggle to close.

The channel balance shoes, tops and caps are all the same. The only one I can figure out to match your parts is the cap which is number 18-009.

The stamps on the 1/2" channel balances along with the lengths (measured only the channel itself) are as follows:
2830Y BSI - 29 inches long
2830X BSI - 29 inches long
2820X BSI - 29 inches long
2810 BSI 0 - 29 inches long
2230Y BSI - 23 inches long

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. We have to determine what your bottom shoe is. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?

My current shoe has a depth of 1.125" (1-1/8")as shown in my image which would indicate it is the 15-001. The only difference I see between my current shoe and the diagram provided for 15-001 is that the 1" dimension showing is a tad bit shorter than my current shoe, which is 1-1/8". Perhaps that does not matter?

No, I don't think that will matter too much.
