Need to replace drawer slides

Question

Our slides that attach to the cabinet are 22 5/8" roughly.
The slide on the drawer in 24".
Will a 22 " slide with the rear mounting bracket work
For this? What suggestions could you give? Any
Help would me most appreciated.
