Need to replace entire mechanism

The entire mechanism is broken. The metal rod part and the lever to lift it up and down. Are there parts available?

Thanks for your post! I'm sorry to say we do not have a replacement we can supply for this door mechanism. Unfortunately, we're not certain where you might be able to find these parts.
