Hello, I was told my window is a Certainteed Window Model 700, and Interlock 12C-1S23. I need the hand crank replaced.

The operator appears to match our 39-092, which is designed to work with the 39-224 handle. Please note that the arm this operator attaches to is discontinued and no longer something that we can supply; right now we can only sell the operator and handle.

We have the same issue with the same Certainteed window. The operator won't open the window. Which parts specifically are available that can replace the one that is not working? Thank you!

The only part we still sell that's compatible with this window is the 39-092 and 39-091, as mentioned above. All other parts are discontinued.
