Need to replace handles and caps

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately there really is no kind of 'universal' operator that can work on any given window. Only certain parts will work with certain windows, and I am afraid this is especially true of Pella. We may have some options for you, but it depends on identifying the old operator you have. Can you show us a picture of the entire assembly, including the link arm(s), either by removing it from the window or at least opening the window for a clear picture of the whole thing? From there we'll do our best to determine what replacement possibilities you have. I must warn you, it may be limited--Pella is not particularly generous when it comes to providing individual parts for replacement. Still, we'll do our best to help.
