Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say we do not have a replacement we can recommend for the tilt window latch. Apologies that we can't be of more help with this part of the repair.
The sweep lock reminds me of the 90-180 Window Sash Lock. Its compatible keeper is the 90-183. To determine that these are the correct replacements, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.
