Need to replace housing that got stripped out on this TRUTH Closer

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original crank assembly. The window will need to be opened where we can see a clear view of the base and arm(s) of the operator. From there we can compare to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. 

If the handle is not usable, once the window is unlocked, you should be able to gently push the sash to open the window. Thank you!
