Need to replace keyed handle set on 1 5/8" thickness sliding door

Does the 82-086 include everything I need and do I understand correctly that it can be made to work with a 1 5/8" thickness door?

The 82-086 can work on a 1-5/8" thick door, yes. As for everything you need, it only contains what you see in the product photos on its store page. For example, I see that your photos show the mortise lock and keeper, both of which are sold separately. See our 82-218 and 89-020, respectively.
