Window is a double hung standard window. The lower window sash itself is OK - but the part that the tab sits in inside the casing and attached to the spring (twisted metal) is broken. Can't seem to find what that part number is for that.
Need to replace lower window guide/spring

The information you provided relates to the window's energy efficiency certification. It doesn't tell us anything about the balance, unfortunately. Take a look at our selection. Do you see the type of balance you need?
