Hello,

At first glance, your operator reminds me of the 39-187 and 39-188, except the link arm is smaller and your gear arm is heavily offset. For this reason, I don't believe that we can offer a suitable replacement for the assembly shown in your photos. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the trade off for the 39-187 vs what I have now? Would the window not open as far? Or would not close? With existing operator failure, would be ok if didn't open as far as suitable?

Due to the different arm lengths and offset compared to our operators, I'm not confident that it would work at all since the offset could prevent you from attaching the arm to the mounting bracket. Our longer link arm may also prevent the window from being closed since there may not be enough space for the arms to fold flat against the sill.

With that being said, there is always a chance that you might be able to modify it to work for you if you're hand but there are no guarantees. If you decide to give it a try and our operator doesn't work out for you, our return policy can be found here
