Need to replace my window springs

Question

I need to replace these window springs in my bedroom. Just need to make sure im getting the right ones. On the back it says 32 4 KV CMC 9

Thanks for posting. See the S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3240.
