Need to replace part on the picture

Hello, Michael. I'm sorry to say I'm not immediately familiar with this balance assembly. Before we go any further, we'd like a little more information to help us narrow things down.

First, can you give me the length of the metal channel by itself, as well as the total length with the nylon fitting included? Can you also tell me the width of that bottom fitting? If it's damaged, please make sure to measure and photograph an undamaged version.
