Need to replace parts in 2 windows

Need to replace 2 roller tilt balances in both 5472 & 5482 images. Broken roller tilt balance (5480) from 5482. Please advise if you need additional infoermation.

I'm afraid I don't recognize the hardware in your photo. I'm also not familiar with the term "roller tilt balance." I'm happy to look into this for you, but I think the best place to start is to see the original balance assembly out of the window. All I can see from these photos is your pivot shoe but it's unfortunately too obscured for me to ID.
