Need to replace patio door handle with lock

Question

My door has screw holes 5 inches apart but it looks like your part 82-055K ??? That has holes 3 1/2 inches apart. Please advise. Also if 82-055K is the right one which spare key blank is the right one? 82-322?

Hey there. I can't say I've seen the 82-055K Keyed Handle Set with 5" hole spacing before. To be safe, can you show me the locking mechanism your old handle set uses? The 82-055K uses the little latch you see below. I want to be certain this matches. If not, you may need some other type of handle set.

Assuming this is correct though, yes, the 82-322 Key Blanks are compatible with the key lock that comes with the 82-055K (note it comes with a set of keys).
