Need to replace pivot balance shoe or pivot lock shoe

Hi,

I'm needing to replace a pivot balance/lock shoe (I'm not sure what they're called) It's for a sash, not a tilt window. The rotating part of the shoe is plastic and had broke. I also notice that the shoe is attached to some big coil-like springs. Does the shoe come apart from the springs, or is it all one piece? Would I need to replace both shoes (for left and right sides of window)? Do you sell anything that I could use?

Hi Brian: Thanks for choosing SWISCO.com. It looks like you need a 15-180 shoe that goes with the series 190 spring. These two items are sold separately; however, if the spring and other parts are undamaged, you only need to replace the part that is broken. Let us know how you make out.
