Need to replace rollers

A quick learner from New Bern says:

The rollers on our door are 84-016. How or what fo you do if one of the rollers no longer has the piece to clip to located inside the door? It broke off.

I'm not sure what you're talking about, exactly. It sounds like you're missing the corner inside the door; the 84-016 is designed to connect to the 95-020. If you have nothing to connect it to, then you may just need the 95-020.

That is an educated guess though. You will need to remove your existing corner to confirm that it matches the suggested part.
