Need to replace rollers on 60 inch patio door : SWISCO.com

We bought and installed new rollers from lowrs that look the same
But we cannot recess the wheels enough to put the door back on the track. We need to be able to recrss the wheels so they are flush with the bottom of the door. Help!!
Is there a version of the 5.75" duel rollers that allow withdrawal of the wheels to a flush position?

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We've come across this problem before with the 81-018. We're adding a version of this roller with 1-1/4" wheels with the minimum exposed .15." It will take a few weeks for production, but we'll reach back out as soon as it's available.
