Need to replace set of window balancers

I have a set of window balancers that need to be replaced. The pieces are 16" long and marked with

14 3 AO Caldwell

The stamped number you provided only provides the spring strength of the balance. We will need to see photos of the balance completely out of the window. From there, we will get back to you with our replacement option.

Thank you for replying back with your photos. Take a look at both our S380-15 and S385-15 channel balances. Based on the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe will determine which of the two balance is the better match. The depth of the bottom shoe for the Series 380 is 1" and for the Series 385 is 1-3/32". Whichever one chosen will use a 1430 option that holds a sash weight of 10-12 pounds.
