Need to replace shot SEMCO operators on crank windows
Hello! Your operators look like they match our 39-031 and 39-032. Review the dimensions below to ensure that everything lines up and let me know what you think.
One other thing to note is that operators do not physically connect to casement window hinges. These are two separate and distinct assemblies that work in close proximity, but are not otherwise attached.
Thanks so much for the information. The 39-031 operator matched exactly with the one on one of my right windows. I take it the 39-032 operator would go on the opposite window (on first glance). I managed to get one of my old operators off the window; dimensions matched exactly with your photo (I attached photo of my operator).
I will also need new covers and handles to go with these operators. Attached photo shows one cover (marked "Truth" on the back), and one handle (marked "SEMCO" on top). If have same covers/handles can you suggest the part numbers? Will take a look a look on your web site. If they don't match exactly to my current ones that would be ok.
Thanks very much!
Awesome! I'm so glad to hear it worked. In answer to your question: yes, the 39-032 is the opposite side of the 39-031. They are otherwise identical, so if one worked for you then the other will, as well.
As for handle and cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107, respectively. These are designed to work on the operator you have purchased and should fit on your window without issue.
