Need to replace the Simmonton window balance assembly and latch

My windows is Simmonton Dimension One series that is installed on 1997.

I need to replace the whole balance assembly and latches for my windows.

The stamp on the coil is 5.5 64" pat523208

Sure, we should be able to help. See our 15-191 pivot shoe and Series 160 coil spring. I'm not sure about the tilt latch, it's hard to make out what you have. See our 26-243 and 26-244 to start out and see how well they match.
