Need to replace this coil balance

Question

Can't remove them without cutting the plastic around it. I'm not sure about any markings. But these are probably old.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged pivot shoe and coil springs removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If there is no cut-out to remove the hardware, see our video below to create one.
